In addition to criminal defense, Robert also focuses his practice on professional ethics and disciplinary law. In addition to representing clients in traditional criminal matters, Attorney Stasa represents Pennsylvania Bar applicants in their Character and Fitness determination hearings so that they can obtain their license to practice law. Mr. Stasa offers an insightful perspective for any law student facing academic discipline or criminal charges.
Attorney Stasa was born and raised in Pittsburgh. He received his undergraduate degree from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania where he received numerous awards and honors including the Trustee Scholarship and Outstanding Achievement in Economics.
Mr. Stasa earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he earned honors and awards including Dean’s Scholarship and academic achievement in Constitutional Law. He acted as Research Editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and was invited to join The Order of the Coif.
Attorney Stasa is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
