DUI in PA — General Impairment — Lowest Level Tier (BAC .08% to .099%)

Penalties for First-Time DUI Conviction in PA:

  • A misdemeanor;
  • Six months mandatory minimum probation;
  • A $300 fine;

Second DUI Conviction in PA:
